Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in your shipping confirmation email (please check your spam folder too). You can also find it in your account.
My tracking isn't updating, is that normal?
It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to show movement after dispatch. If it's longer than that, email us and we'll check on it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive within a few business days after that, depending on your location.
Can I change my delivery address?
Email Support@FlyHugz.com with your order number as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped, we'll update it.
My order hasn't arrived, what now?
