Withdrawal Policy

At Fly Hugz, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. We define a consumer as any individual who engages in a legal transaction primarily for personal, non-commercial reasons. Here are the guidelines outlining your right to withdraw from a transaction:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a transaction within 60 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), physically acquire the possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the 60-day period starts from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

Conditions:

  1. If 60 days have passed since the receipt of goods, we generally cannot facilitate a refund or exchange.

  2. In case of a return, any duties incurred must be borne by the customer. If the duties cannot be paid directly, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note, to adhere to the withdrawal timeline, your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal needs to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
