Free shipping, fast dispatch

We're proud to offer free shipping on every FlyHugz® order, worldwide, with no minimum spend. Once you place your order, our team gets it ready and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods or big sales, processing can take a little longer, but we always work to get your order moving fast.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on where your order is heading, and you'll always see the latest estimate at checkout. On average, most countries receive their order in about a week and a half.

United States: roughly 1 to 2 weeks in total — about 6 to 9 business days in transit, plus the 1 to 2 business days of processing.

All other countries: roughly 1 to 3 weeks in total — about 7 to 11 business days in transit, plus the 1 to 2 business days of processing.

These are typical ranges rather than guarantees. Occasionally customs, courier delays or busy seasons can add a little time.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also track any time on our Track Your Order page, or by logging into your account.

Wrong address or missing parcel

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel seems lost, contact us and we'll help track it down or make it right.
