How to start a return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email our team at Support@FlyHugz.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us, then email us the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.

When you'll get your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll approve your refund and send it back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a refund, items should come back in their original condition. Gently used is completely fine, we just ask that they're clean and complete. Any free gifts included with your order should be returned along with the paid item.

Prefer an exchange?

Want a different color or a different product instead? Just say so in your email and we'll help you swap it for something you'll love.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away with a quick photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
