Q:  Where is my order?
Due to unforeseen damaged goods, we had stock issues from February 1st to March 20th, and many orders experienced delays of up to 2–3 weeks.

Since 20.3.24, we are back to normal shipping times of 2–3 Weeks with an average of 2 weeks, and in few months we are moving to a new warehouse and could deliver the shipments in 7-12 Days shipping.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Q:  Velcro isn't sticking?
Some customers complain about the Velcro not sticking...

This is because we are using a cover on the Velcro to protect it in the shipment from dust and more.

Once it's arrived, you can simply remove the cover like in the video below and enjoy.

Q: Can I change my shipping address?
Accidentally put in the wrong shipping address? As long as your order isn't shipped out already, we'll be happy to change the shipping address.
